Our programs are designed for youth aged 5-21 residing in the greater metropolitan area who face barriers to traditional healthcare access.

Required Documentation

To ensure accountability and proper care, please have the following ready:

  • Proof of age (Birth certificate or ID)
  • Proof of residency (Utility bill or school record)
  • Signed guardian consent (for participants under 18)

Work directly with youth to provide guidance, support, and health advocacy. Requires a 6-month commitment and background check.
